18 Karat Premium White Master Alloy
Australian-Made Master Alloys
Our master alloys are carefully formulated, granulated, micro-polished, XRF scanned and tested in-house at our Sydney facility before being released for sale.
Developed specifically for casters and jewellers who demand premium Australian-made alloys, reliable casting performance and consistent results from batch to batch.
Developed in collaboration with experienced master bench jewellers, our formulations are designed to perform not only in the casting process, but also throughout the bench. The resulting alloys provide the strength, density and workability required by demanding jewellers, while maintaining excellent casting characteristics.

Australian-Sourced Materials
Where commercially available, we source our raw materials from Australian suppliers.
Our alloys contain Australian-mined zinc, copper and silver, while the palladium used in our white-gold master alloys is sourced through accredited Australian bullion suppliers.
This gives us greater control over the materials going into our formulations and supports our commitment to Australian manufacturing.
No Unwanted Additives
None of our master alloys contain:
- Lead
- Nickel
- Cadmium
- Cobalt
Our formulations are developed specifically for jewellery applications, with a focus on clean composition, reliable processing and excellent finished-metal performance.
Formulated for the Bench
We have worked closely with master bench jewellers to develop alloys that perform where it matters most, behind the bench.
Our alloys are formulated to provide excellent malleability and workability without becoming excessively soft or brittle. They offer a strong, dense finished metal that can be readily worked, formed, assembled and finished by experienced jewellers.
Compatible with OTEC Präzisionsfinish GmbH
Our master alloys have been carefully formulated to perform in conjunction with OTEC post-processing systems across the workflow, from the compact Eco-Maxis, through larger CF disc finishing machines, to OTEC’s EF electro-polishing systems.
The result is a complete casting and finishing workflow designed to deliver consistent surface quality from cast metal through to final finish.
