Emery Rolls

Imported directly from Japan, these genuine Alfa Mirage emery rolls are manufactured using genuine Japanese-made Kovax abrasive and mounted on standard 2.35 mm shafts for compatibility with rotary handpieces and bench equipment.

Kovax abrasive is renowned for its consistent grain structure, controlled cutting action and smooth surface finish, making these rolls particularly well suited to precision work on precious metals where abrasive consistency matters.

Fresh Abrasive

The rolls are designed with multiple abrasive layers. As the working surface becomes worn, simply strip away the used outer layer to expose a fresh layer of Kovax abrasive.
This provides a consistent cutting surface throughout the life of the roll while maximising usable abrasive and reducing consumable waste, coloured coded grits.
